5 minute Walk to Beach, 2 minutes to Pool
Sleeps 4/5 (2 Bedrooms) The house comprises two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, lounge with open plan american kitchen. It has a wonderful spacious terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal for dining and for sunbathing. The property is well equipped and is situated in a lovely andalucian garden village with bars and resaurants within an easy stroll. The communal pool is particularly stunning. Pool open May - October,
The Town Centre is 1 kilometre away and can easily be reached by local bus or by strolling along the beach. It is not essential to hire a car. Cots and high chairs can be hired. We can arrange airport transfer services.There is a south facing large sunny terrace which has table and chairs for dining. There are also sun loungers. It is very well positioned with excellent views of the sea and mountains. You can see along the coast down to the town of Nerja. The beautiful communal pool and gardens are about 40 metres away. There is a separate toddlers pool.
The beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The nearest is quite gently shelving with water sports available during the high season. There are also many charming restaurants along the beach. There are lots of other lovely coves and beaches within walking distance. The House is about 1 kilometre from Nerja Town Centre and the famous Balcon de Europa. It is about 3 kilometres to the renowned Nerja caves and the award winning village of Frigiliana is about 5 kilometres. It is possible to take day trips to Granada, Cordoba and Seville. You could even visit North Africa! There are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. In Nerja town there are too many to mention. There is a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away, with larger supermarkets in the town. There are more than enough Banks in Nerja to fulfil your needs. Leisure activities close by include, water sports, walking/hiking, horseriding, cycling, golf and tennis. On the outskirts of the beautiful resort town of Nerja in the axarquia region of Andalucia. Wonderful all year round temperatures and plenty to see and do. Nerja is an extremely pretty town that hasnt been spoilt by tourism and still remains a mainly spanish town. Fishermen have their boats along the beach and the local farmers still use oxen in the fields. A chance to spend an evening or two in a beautiful spanish village with whitewashed houses and colourful plant pots. Nerja is nearer to the real Spain and you can still regularly see Oxen pulling a plough, and just a few more minutes drive away is some of the most magnificent scenery to be seen anywhere.
Although Nerja has succumbed to tourism it has managed to keep a lot of it's character, particularly the old part of town with narrow cobbled streets and Tapas Bars
Nerja is less than two hours drive from the Sierra Nevada (Europe's most Southerly Ski resort) so you can be on the beach for the morning, and skiing in the afternoon!
Also two hours drive is Granada and the Alhambra Palace, but don't go in high season unless you've booked as they only allow so many in per day.
A nice ride out to give you a taste of what lies just a little further inland is the drive to Frigiliana, then on to Torrox Pueblo, back down to the coast at Torrox Costa and then back along the coast road to Nerja. About 45 minutes in total.
More adventurous would be the drive to Trevelez or Alhama De Granada. You can also visit Cordoba, Seville and we even managed Taniers in North Africa!

A 20% down payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining amount is to be paid in two installments: 40% payable within seven (7) days by bank transfer to the apartment owner’ bank account; the outstanding 40% to be paid in cash upon arrival. Also upon arrival a deposit of xxxx is required, which will be returned in exchange for the keys at the time of departure.
