2 room apartment in a peaceful and quiet area in Powisle district, just next to ETAP hotel. Close to the LEGIA stadium and TORWAR that is one of the biggest and most spectacular sports hall in Poland. Also next to one of the youngest park in Warsaw „The Park of Rydz-Śmigły” created after the war and strechting over an area that covers 53 hectares. It is a recreation park with lots of fountains and coming down directly to the Vistula River. 300 metres far away from the apartment one can find the monument dedicated to sappers. The eastern part of the park borders the Sejm of the RP (the Polish Parliament). The park is located in the back of theater Buffo and the Museum of the Earth.
