This excellent apartment (built in 2003) is situated in Marbella town with 15 minutes walk from Marbella old town (Orange Square) and 10 minutes drive or 25 minutes boat journey to the famous Puerto Banus where the nightlife is second to none. It is conveniently located with 3 minutes walk to the beach and in within Marbella town. It is ideal for those who is seeking sun, sand combined with the bustle of a local and exciting town. Mountains 10 mins drive away, excellent for hiking. There is a large supermarket in the complex. Hospital, gym and police station are in the vicinity. The apartment comprises of an entrance hall leading to the kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, to the toilet and to the comfortable lounge/dining area with a balcony looking over the swimming pool. It has views to both the ocean and mountains. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player (plays music CDs) and a selection of DVDs, CDs and books. The apartment is fully air conditioned.
